Here are a few audios tools you can try to help you achieve what you want. In each case, find a quiet space where can be alone for enough time to complete the session in one go and try to be entirely present during the whole length of the audio.

Managing unwanted emotions
Are anxious, stressed or angry and trying to push these emotions away. The purpose of emotions is not to bother us, but to give us useful information on our need to take action (after having processed them). It is therefore essential that you pay attention to your emotions and that you do not ignore them.
In this audio from Fabulogram, you will see that embracing your anxiety or stress fully and becoming familiar with it will allow you to manage it better. Giving it a shape, colour, texture, temperature even a smell and letting it be might seem counter intuitive but it will allow you to then let it go.

Getting rid of bad memories or unwanted patterns
Some memories are long lasting. It could be something your mum told you as a child, failing a test, being told off, being ashamed or just watching or listening to something you would rather not have watched or seen....
Whatever it is, it can change your view of yourself and the world and make you act unconsciously in a way which is not the best for you or lead to unwanted patterns.
