WHAT IS TEEN COACHING?
Why see a life coach?
Coaching for teenagers can help young people find motivation, improve self-confidence or reach a goal. It can also help make with decision-making, such as choosing the right A levels or Uni. By removing fears or limiting beliefs, coaching empowers teenagers to transform their life and fulfil their potential.
Coaching for parents provides tools and guidance on how to talk to your teenager and how to help them to reach their potential and be happy.
